Prior to joining 84.51°, Pullins spent 6 years at Empower, where she developed, created, and managed Empower's programmatic media offering. She pushed Empower and her clients forward by embracing change and disruption in the programmatic, social, native, digital audio, and connected TV spaces. Her client experience includes Pepsi Co., Kraft Foods, Ashley HomeStore, Famous Footwear, Bush's Beans, Gorilla Glue, and many more.
In 2016, Pullins was awarded a Cincinnati YWCA Rising Star award for her career achievements. In that same year, she was one of 35 participants from across the globe selected to participate in the Cannes Lions - Young Media Academy in France. Because of her thought leadership and expertise in the media industry, she's been a speaker at leading industry conferences across the country.
