As Director of Product Strategy & Innovation, Michael Schuh and his team develop innovative advertising products across Kroger’s owned and operated channels that balance personalization and CPG objectives, driving conversion and value throughout Kroger’s connected e-commerce ecosystem.
Kroger digital properties are evolving rapidly, set the pace for grocery ecommerce, and present a tremendous opportunity for brands to engage with digitally active customers at the point of purchase. Schuh is accountable for ensuring Kroger and consumer packaged goods companies have a robust, high impact product mix to execute brand activation plans across owned channels. Responsibilities include technical, content & partner considerations, strengthening customer experiences with brands, and helping advertisers win at the digital shelf.
Prior to his current role, Schuh spent three years working closely with global retailers at dunnhumby as a product manager across a suite of pricing and promotions software. Prior to 84.51°/dunnhumby, Michael spent two years at Booz Allen Hamilton as a senior consultant, working with public sector agencies to streamline their data and reporting assets.
Schuh has a BS in systems engineering from the University of Virginia.
