Jennifer Hale is a global thought leader at The Coca-Cola Company with deep customer and shopper marketing leadership experience anchored in strategic thinking. Today she is AVP of shopper marketing for the convenience retail channel. Within her portfolio of responsibilities, Hale’s team leads shopper marketing for both the Global 7-Eleven and Circle-K teams as well as 17 additional domestic convenience retailers to drive growth for the Coca-Cola system. Hale is at the forefront of macro trends, shopper insights and award winning, innovative marketing campaigns.
Prior to this role, Hale was global director, shopper marketing strategy on the Global 7-Eleven Team at Coke. As global director, Hale’s responsibilities extended beyond the US to 18 countries around the world, enabling her to explore ways to cross pollenate best practices and develop flexible and agile initiatives that resonate across cultures.
Most recently, she led the development of the largest single customer activation in Coca-Cola history with 2018 FIFA World Cup; including activation in +61,000 outlets with over 50% of countries reaching double digital growth on targeted packages vs. prior year.
Prior to her time at Coca-Cola, Hale was vice president of event marketing and creative services at Career Sports Entertainment, where she developed campaigns and sports camps utilizing sports personalities and assets across the country.
