Over the course of her 25+ year career, she has become a recognized leader in the industry and a seasoned presenter of trends and insights at retail and integrated marketing forums including Cannes Lions, the World Retail Congress, Shopper Marketing Conferences, and the ANA. Manikas is also a faculty member of the Path to Purchase Institute.
At FCB, Manikas has built the agency's brand activation and shopper marketing capabilities and was promoted to president of FCB/RED, the network's brand engagement division. RED stands for Retail, Engagement and Digital. Instrumental in driving the work, effectiveness and business globally, Manikas led FCB/RED to the #1 agency position in retail and shopper marketing in 2015 and has earned 80 honors and awards over the courses of her career. These include Effies, REGGIES, HUB, PRO and POPAI awards.
