Alicia Mosley is an accomplished business leader bringing 20+ years of marketing and general management experience in consumer packaged goods to her role as Director of Shopper Marketing at Tyson Foods. Mosley has led many successful businesses and innovation launches across the Tyson portfolio driving revenue and managing costs. Mosley has leveraged her multifaceted experience with brand building, P&L management, operations, strategic planning, and innovation to bring new levels of thinking to the Shopper Marketing discipline. She has advanced Shopper Marketing best practices and processes at Tyson to build effective and impactful shopper marketing programming to deliver continuous improvement in ROI.
Mosley’s passion is understanding the psyche of shoppers, how shoppers make their brand decisions, and the role connected commerce plays in shoppers’ buying behavior.
Mosley holds an MBA from the George Herbert Walker School of Business and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from St. Lawrence University.
