Elaine is one of the creative leads at TPN. She manages the work with West Coast clients, including The Clorox Company and Delicato Wines, and recently moved to lead work on Hershey. Elaine has embraced the world of marketing from multiple angles: media planning, account service and concept-focused creative and believes in building “creative with rigor, fresh ideas with good bone structure.” This well-rounded and strategic approach is showcased in her constant curiosity and in her ability to solve business problems for TPN’s clients. Since joining TPN, Elaine and her teams have consistently delivered innovative, and award-winning creative for national shopper and retailer-specific shopper marketing programs. Elaine is passionate about many things: nurturing people, design thinking, improv and Legos. She leads the “innovation thinking” initiative at TPN and is also a member of the Neuromarketing Science & Business Association (NMBSA).Elaine’s work for Clorox, Walmart, Safeway, Nintendo, AT& T, USPS, and McDonald’s –everything from CPG to Telecom, to QSR –illustrates her flexibility and her drive to discover “what’s new?, what’s next? and what if?
