Culture is Technology & Technology is culture. The talk explores the coming waves of technology and its impact on consumer behavior. We will use three filters to navigate the narrative. These filters are Empower, Exponential & Enhanced. Each lays the foundation for how consumers will evolve from their mobile device as their primary interaction point with technology to their environment adapting to them. Will discuss proprietary research that points towards a specific date in time when we will see multimodal interfaces at scale. The talk ends with the new marketing 4 P's that are enhanced for the age of intelligence.
  • Empower = Control. Empower is about Gen-Z's impact on technology & purchase. This includes viewing behavior, the role of gaming & esports and the camera as a platform towards intelligence.
  • Exponential = Ease & Convenience. This is all about artificial intelligence. Here we will discuss the Pixar Theory, the impact of AI on consumer purchase and examples of how conversational experiences are evolving.
  • Enhanced = Perception. Explores the connection between physical & digital and how our environment & digital simulation, photorealism, augmented/virtual/enhanced reality and computer vision will redefine the purchase journey.
