As Shopper Marketing & Consumer Activation lead on the Pain Squad at Johnson & Johnson’s US Self Care’s Division, McGough helps ensure marketing activities meet the needs of consumers, customers and their shoppers.
McGough has successfully led Shopper Marketing & Commercial Events with maximum partnership at J&J, plus an innovative omni-channel approach to new product launches, like TYLENOL® Rapid Release Gels.
Prior to J&J, McGough worked at the Campbell Soup Company and launched successful programs like the 50th Anniversary Warhol program at Target. She also led integrated marketing at Church & Dwight for the ARM & HAMMER® family of products and personal care brands, like TROJAN® Brand Condoms. She is a graduate of Rowan University.
