Jessica Irwin is the director of experience insights at Verizon with nearly 20 years of experience in being the voice of the consumer and the shopper for her business partners. She spends her days focusing on bringing together the digital, product, and retail experiences. She is passionate about using data to drive packaging and merchandising decisions and is developing an agile process to ensure that her business partners can make the most informed package and POS decisions quickly.
Pre-Verizon, Irwin worked at Nestlé Nutrition on the Gerber brand where she developed a comprehensive test plan for a Gerber Baby logo evolution and a revolutionary package design. Prior to that, she worked at Saatchi & Saatchi X where she managed a wide range of shopper insights projects for major CPG companies and retailers. Irwin has a BA in international studies from Towson University and a MBA from The University of Pittsburgh, Katz Graduate School of Business.
