With nearly fifteen years of experience in developing conversion marketing programs across many channels and many brands, Bartell is passionate in the pursuit of hard-working creative that changes behavior and drives results. As a leader in brief development, strategy, creative ideation and design, she and her team demand a high-level product that changes the way shoppers engage at retail.
Bartell's expertise across the store — from beauty, appliances and grocery to OTC, medical marketing and more— gives her a broad base of experience in specialty channels, mass, club and e-commerce. She leads a team of 40 cross-functional creatives, with a collective experience across all channels of retail marketing. Bartell's history in shopper has given her a strong foundation in the tenants of promotions and shopper marketing, and an appreciation for how the space continues to evolve. Her passion is for using data, research and technology to innovate and meaningfully transform our relationship with the shoppers who are at the core of all Epsilon Agency does.
