Melissa Jurgens joined InContext in 2011. She currently leads the customer success organization and is a member of the InContext executive team. Jurgens is responsible for software consulting services, software implementation, adoption and retention. With almost 20 years of experience in customer relationship management and product strategy, Jurgens’ focus is on accelerating the value received by InContext clients. Jurgens is a member of ChiWomen LEADIT and Riverside Junior Women’s Charity. With her husband, Jurgens is busy raising their three children, enjoying the outdoors, athletics and just seeing as much of the world as possible.
