  5. When will exhibitor registration open for the 2018 P2PX? 
    • Registration will open June 4, 2018.
  6. Who needs to register for an exhibitor badge?
    • All personnel that need access to the exhibit floor are required to have an exhibitor badge. This includes, but is not limited to, representatives from the exhibiting company, outside sales representatives and brand ambassadors. 
  7. What are the exhibitor hours of registration? 
    • Monday, October 1, 2018: 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM
    • Tuesday, October 2, 2018: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
    • Wednesday, October 3, 2018: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  8. When can I access the exhibit floor to set up my booth?
    • Reminder: An exhibitor badge is required to access the exhibit floor on set up days.

  9. When is the exhibit exhibit floor open to attendees? 
    • Reminder: Exhibitors are allowed to access the exhibit floor as early as 7:00 AM with an exhibitor badge.
    • Wednesday, October 3, 2018: 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM
    • Thursday, October 4, 2018: 9:15 AM - 3:15 PM
  10. What are the hours of exhibitor tear down?
    • Thursday, October 4, 2018: 3:15 PM - 9:00 PM

  11. Where are the rules regarding booth height?
  12. Do I need insurance?
    • Yes. All exhibitors are required to provide proof of insurance to show coverage for property loss or damage and liability for personal injury. 
  13. I registered for P2PX but now cannot attend. Can I send a colleague in my place? 
    • Yes, you can transfer your registration to a colleague. Email p2px@american-tradeshow.com with your colleague's name, title, mailing address and email address. Once the change is complete, your replacement will receive an email confirmation.
  14. I just found out I can only stay for part of P2PX. Can I transfer my issued badge once I'm at the event?
    • No, once a badge has been issued to you, we cannot re-issue the badge to a different person. 
  15. How do I reserve hotel rooms?
    • We have discounted room rates available to P2PX attendees. Click here for details. 
  16. Is there food available at P2PX?
    • Yes, a variety of food options are available for purchase in the cafe located on the exhibit floor.
